All General Meeting, October 19th, 7pm (updated)
Location: Seattle Athletic Club – Downtown @ 7pm
As a nonprofit governed by its bylaws, we are operated by a volunteer board of directors who serve three-year terms, with officers elected annually. This year there are several open board member positions that we hope to fill with representatives from all of the clubs to volunteer their time. Board members are required to attend our monthly meetings and assist with league, tournaments, parties and other events, and this newsletter! The annual general meeting will be held via Zoom, with the agenda and link to the meeting posted on our website. The current board members and officers look forward to your participation and support by volunteering for a three-year term. We need members who are committed to volunteering their time not only with the fun stuff like league, but also planning, budgeting, sponsorships, website management, etc. We meet monthly on the third Wednesday each month, at 7pm, typically in Seattle or Bellevue/Redmond, but currently via Zoom).
